The time has finally come: Sturmwind is about to see its release on April 24th 2013. We have received quite a lot of feedback regarding insured shipping and would like to clarify some details.

Shipping methods:
All pre-orders have been chosen (and calculated) with the standard 2nd class shipping method. It does not offer insurance nor tracking number. If the parcel is lost, we can not send replacements due to the limited quantities of Sturmwind.
This means, your pre-order of Sturmwind does not have any tracking nor insurance so far and therefore there are high risks of damage. This applies to all destinations and both Sturmwind editions (Limited Edition "Windstärke 12" is very fragile freight).

Still the standard shipping very safely packed by us!


If you want to upgrade to insured (international) shipping with tracking, the shipping will be increased by 14,30 EUR (18,60 EUR total). If you like to have this 1st class shipping w/ tracking number and insurance, please contact the redspotgames customer support and they will upgrade it for you: www.redspotgames.com/support

Rates for 1st class shipping within Germany is 7,60 EUR - please contact the redspotgames online shop as well to arrange a change of the shipping.

The redspotgames online shop would like to accommodate all customers and agreed to use 4 times more bubble wrap for all insured parcels than we can pack into 2nd class shippings. We want you to receive the game as safely packed as possible.
Due to some questions: Play-Asia.com may not have reserve stock, so replacement and further benefits are only possible though the redspotgames online shop.

Seby, was ist denn der Status bei deiner Bestellung? Habe gelesen, dass der Status nach dem Versand nicht mehr auf "Processing" ist. Falls es aber dennoch bei dem Status bleibt, kann es auch sein, dass ich mich wegen dem Versand (in die Schweiz) gedulden muss.

Meine Le-Box mit Krake ist auch noch nicht da-wie sieht eigentlich die bedruckte Spiele CD aus,noch nirgends ein ´finales´ Foto gesichtet.
Wie gefällt Euch der Soundtrack zum Spiel?
Chiptune Musik weckt Errinerungen und find ich richtig gut.

Fast genauso wie das Label der RC1 damals. Etwas brillanter und so. Die neueren RCs, die ich nach der RC1 bekommen habe, sehen leider nicht so schön aus:

Mein Paket ist noch nicht da. Auch habe ich über dieses ver**** Ticketsystem noch keine Antwort, warum das Spiel erst am 30.4 zur Post gebracht wurde. So steht es neuerdings bei der Sendungsverfolgung.

Lass den Jungs einfach mal etwas Zeit. Die haben zur Zeit soviel zu tun wie sonst in 2 Jahren nicht.

Es geht um die Aussagen. Das Paket wäre definitiv am 24. Verschickt worden das stimmt halt nicht.
Man kann doch kurz schreiben, dass es doch übersehen worden ist.
Und dann ist das für mich OK. Es geht halt um über 130€. Da macht man sich halt Gedanken

Bei mir stand die Bestellung auch noch bis 24. auf "pending" obwohl ich schon vor 1 1/2 Jahren bezahlt habe.
Habe dann auch ein Ticket geöffnet. Das wurde dann nach einem Tag beantwortet und der Bestellstatus ging auf "complete".

Wie gesagt, bei Redspotgames sind sie zur Zeit leicht überfordert. Es gab, soweit ich mich erinnern kann, noch nie eine Bestellung bei denen, bei der ich nicht wegen etwas nachhaken musste.

Also bei mir ist alles gut..Die Jungs sind seeeeehr freundlich und die LE ist schon unterwegs zu mir..Die normale version(die ich jetzt hier liegen habe) durfte ich schon anchecken..und hab sie grad auch noch gekauft

Also..mit den SD features hab ich nichts entdecken können..es erkennt aber auch den sd adapter nicht..muss mal genauer schauen was da los ist,obs am Spiel oder an meinem Adapter liegt(wobei der nie probleme gemacht hat.)
